        柯荣秦博士,华侨大学医学院教授,长期致力于分子诊断学技术方法的开发和应用研究,入选国家级青年人才项目,福建省“百人计划”,福建省“闽江学者”特聘教授,厦门市首批杰出青年人才及“双百计划”领军型创业人才。曾就职于美国Complete Genomics公司,发明了基于DNA纳米球的双端测序技术,现为华大基因自主研发的国产二代测序系统的核心技术之一。共同发明了RNA原位测序技术,该技术入选了Nature Methods杂志2013年度的Method of the Year,引领了基于成像的空间转录组学技术的发展。先后主持或参与国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划、福建省自然科学基金等国家级和省部级项目。
