Abstract:全国各地近年来纷纷出台城中村改造的政策,以加快城市化进程。考虑到农民生活和居住模式与一般城市居民有着较大差异,本着以人为本的原则,并以其为出发点,聚焦村落内聚性,将地域性"单元式土楼"的意象注入闽西地区城中村的住宅改造,并加之叠拼住宅的手法,以期探索出对城市农民这一特殊群体宜居的当代住宅模式。
