Research Focus
Applies complex network and graph-theoretic methods to neuroimaging and neurophysiological data, including characterizing subnetwork developmental patterns in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) via non-negative matrix factorization (NMF), investigating the relationship between brain network structure and cognitive performance in children using magnetoencephalography (MEG), and analyzing epileptogenic network dynamics in drug-resistant epilepsy using stereoelectroencephalography (SEEG). It also assesses brain functional status in patients with acute ischemic stroke based on EEG functional network characteristics, providing neurophysiological evidence for post-stroke rehabilitation assessment and intervention.
