Abstract:以 ABB1200型石雕机器人加工汉白玉为例，对石雕机器人加工能耗进行建模和分析，探究其功耗特点。首先，基于田口法规划实验，采用 Minitab非线性拟合建立磨削工艺参数与磨削比能的回归方程，构建以磨削加工工艺参数为变量，以最小磨削比能为优化目标的优化模型。然后，使用模拟退火算法计算最小磨削比能的工艺参数，通过实验数据和算法优化结果分析石雕机器人粗加工能耗特点。结果表明：去除同等体积的材料，磨削比能最小目标下的最优磨削加工参数的能耗比经验参数节约了38.4%。
