1、教学工作:先后承担学院5门本科生课程,教学中能够根据教学内容和学生类别,采用灵活多样的教学方式,因此入选“华侨大学2016-2018学年”“学生最喜爱的教师”。
2、学生科创:近三年指导学生获得校级及以上各类科创竞赛或创新项目14项:全国大学生生命科学竞赛一等奖、第11届全国大学生电子商务“创新、创意及创业”挑战赛三等奖、第七届全国青年科普创新实验暨作品大赛(生物环境组)福建赛区一等奖和三等奖各1个、学校第28届“挑战杯”赛特等奖等。
3、科研工作:深入企业需求,主持多项政府和企业课题10余项,经费达到300余万元并注重本科生的科研培养,将科研反哺教学。
4、社会服务:担任学院工会主席;先后担任学院药学系和实验教学中心的主任;担任农工党华大总支主委、泉州市政协委员;同时还兼职多个学术团体的委员、秘书长等。

摘要:Proteolysis targeting chimeras(PROTACs)as a novel protein degradation technology is opening up a burgeoning field which will bring surprises to drug design and development. PROTACs have attracted a great deal of attention in drug discovery due to their unique mechanism. In recent years, studies on PROTAC have made increasing and vital progresses. In this review, we briefly describe the mechanism and development of PROTAC technology. Then, emphasis is placed on the application of PROTAC technology in several diseases including cancer, neuro-degenerative diseases, autoimmune diseases and viral infections. In addition, a series of bio-techniques relate to PROTACs established in recent years will also be discussed. Finally, we discuss the opportunities and challenges associated with PROTAC technology and analyze some potential future challenges.
