研究方向
方向一:功能基因组学,基于CRISPR/Cas13等反向遗传学技术和慢病毒插入突变文库筛选等正向遗传学方法,结合高通量测序和生物信息学分析,对基因组中的长链非编码RNA及参与抗癌药物耐药作用的新基因和新转录本进行功能鉴定,尤其关注低丰度和非经典转录本。
方向二:基因组学新方法新技术开发,通过基因组特征性序列标记和捕获,结合高通量测序技术,开发基因组学研究方法和技术,主要研究对象包括全基因组范围内的DNA损伤、基因组中的单链DNA区域,以及线粒体DNA复制起点等。
方向三:细菌抗噬菌体防御系统挖掘,通过生物信息学分析挖掘细菌的抗噬菌体防御系统,探究细菌的免疫及抗感染机制。
