Abstract:The Planning Response to Climate Change – Advice on Better Practice is a very important planning guideline issued by UK government in 2004. The article reviews the background and contains of this guideline at first. Then it discussed what Chinese planners could learn from UK’s experience from the aspects of technique and mechanism based on the planning practice of China.
