Abstract:Establishing the Integration System of the Nation’s Rural and Urban Development is one of the targets of the rural reform for demolishing the gap between urban and rural residents which made by the dualistic structure of China. With the support and reform of policies on transferring farmland use rights, social security system and household registration system, the integration planning of villages would be one of the effective and efficient methods to simulate the integrating development.
