Abstract:Dujiangyan Historic District is the center of local culture and tourism economy. Historic features, tourism economy, solution of inherited issues and an effective result can be seen in short-term planning are key issues of the reconstruction plan. Basing on respect for public opinion and property rights, a series of suitable planning methodologies were adopted.
