个人简介
于德国慕尼黑工业大学获得博士学位。目前研究⼯作主要包括新型 RNA 结构元件的鉴定及结构和进化研究,翻译过程的调控机制研究,基于组学数据的癌症相关研究,以及相关的应⽤探索等;涉及分⼦⽣物学、⽣物化学、机器学习和⽣物信息学等领域。入选厦门市高层次留学人才,厦门市骨干人才。
近年以第⼀作者或通讯作者于 Nature Chemical Biology、 Nucleic Acids Research、Communications Biology、PLOS Computional Biology 等期 刊发表多篇研究论⽂。2021年3 ⽉发表于 Nature Chemical Biology 期刊的研究 "Hovlinc is a recently evolved ribozyme found in human lncRNA" 受到了⼴泛关注。Nature Chemical Biology 期刊在文章发表的同时在 "news & views" 栏目发表了美国加州大学尔湾分校的 Claire C. Chen 和 Andrej Lupták 教授对这项工作进行的重点点评和阐述。同时,该项工作在 Nature 网站、Science 网站以及其他科学媒体广泛报道。
近年来主要研究成果包括:(1) 开发了⾼通量筛选⾃切型核酶的新⽅法,⾸次在⼈类 lncRNA 中发现了⼀类全新 的核酶,并确定了其结构和进化过程,证明了 lncRNA 通过其中具有催化功能的 RNA ⽚段发挥功能的可能性;(2) 基于 RNA 结构组测序数据,鉴定出了识别功能性 RNA 结 构元件的重要特征;(3) 结合实验和⽣物信息学分析,阐明了连续脯氨酸序列及其密码 ⼦偏好性对翻译过程的调控机制和其⽣物学功能;(4) 基于组学数据探索了衰⽼和癌症 间的关系以及其在癌症筛查中的作⽤。
