主要研究方向:

1、针对肿瘤等重大疾病的临床需求,基于致病靶点的结构和机制,通过合理药物设计、合成和评价,获得兼具良好成药性和生物活性的“候选药物分子”。

2、利用光催化技术,实现对活性分子的光控定向释放以及对靶蛋白的修饰和标记。
