Abstract:骑楼是近代形成的南方商住建筑类型，通过对骑楼建筑概念的剖析，重新认识骑楼的当代价值。在讨论当前建设中面临的新问题与相应的解决办法之后指出，今后的骑楼建设中必须超越近代骑楼的建筑模式，将其作为半室外步行方式的重要类型，构成城市多样化的、宜人的步行系统。
