房怀英，女，博士，教授，硕士生导师。美国托莱多大学访问学者，厦门大学博士后，发表论文50余篇，获批专利40余件，主持/参与国家、省重大项目、自然科学基金等10余项，2023、2018、2013年获得福建省科技进步二等奖各1项，2025、2021年获得福建省科技进步三等奖1项，2018年获得泉州市科技进步一等奖1项。
