    刘小娟,女,华侨大学土木工程学院副教授,硕士生导师,博士毕业于同济大学结构工程专业。福建省高层次人才C类,厦门市高层次人才。全国混凝土教学研讨会青年委员,中国灾害防御协会城市安全监测预警分会理事。国家自然科学基金通讯评审专家, 教育部学位中心-学位论文评审专家,福建省土木建筑行业协会专家,厦门市科技局科技项目评审专家

        主要从事混凝土结构耐久性、工程结构抗震与防灾和近海工程抗震加固等方向的研究。主持国家自然科学基金项目1项、福建省自然科学基金项目2项、泉州市科技计划项目2项等多项科研项目。在国内外学术期刊发表论文30余篇,其中SCI/EI收录25篇,授权发明专利9项。获第六届全国青年教师混凝土结构教学比赛一等奖,福建省科技进步二等奖(排名第7).获评2018-2020年度华侨大学“学生最喜爱的教师”,2020-2022学年华侨大学优秀班主任。
