Hong-Bo Zhang received his Ph.D. degrees from Xiamen University, Xiamen, China in 2013. He is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Computer Science and Technology, Huaqiao University, China. His current research interests include image processing, computer vision, machine learning, and neural networks. And he has published more than 50 papers (one Highly Cited Paper) in the journals and conferences, such as ACM TOMM, IEEE TAI, KBS, ECCV, APIN, TVCJ, IVC. He serves as the chairman of department of Artificial Intelligence of Huaqiao University, a member of the council of the Fujian Artificial Intelligence Society, a senior member of the CCF, ACM and IEEE member, an expert in the review of new-generation artificial intelligence projects in Xiamen City, and a high-level talent in Quanzhou City. He has hosted one National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) general project and one NSFC youth project, two Fujian Provincial Natural Science Foundation general projects, one excellent technology innovation talent projects of Huaqiao University.
