苗楠,副教授,硕士生导师,2016年6月获得博士学位,同年9月入职华侨大学医学院,加入孙涛课题组(精准医疗研究中心,现有1名教授,2名副教授)。 近五年来以第一,通讯,以及参与作者身份,华侨大学一单位发表一区、二区SCI论文20多篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、福建省自然科学基金面上项目2项、厦门市自然科学基金青年项目1项等,总到账经费110万元。申请专利4项,授权国际专利2项,排名第一。
现承担药学、临床医学专业本科生《疾病动物模型》、《医学遗传学》等4-5门中英文课程。担任5名本科生的成长导师,其中指导学生团队获国家基础医学实验技能大赛西南赛区三等奖。指导本科生毕业设计10余名,5名优秀毕业论文。参编《生物医学实验指导》等教科书。 获得2018-2019, 2022-2023和2024-2025考核优秀,获得医学院精彩一堂课三等奖。
已培养研究生9名,在读4名,多名学生获得一等奖学金、二等奖学金、优秀毕业论文和校级优秀学生。
研究方向:[1] 长非编码RNA(lncRNA)以及微小(miRNA、siRNA、piRNA等)在人类神经元发育,及在焦虑、抑郁等相关疾病的机制研究; [2] 小鼠大脑发育与神经生物学; [3]表观遗传学(DNA甲基化、染色体开放)在人的染色体疾病中的机制研究。地址: 福建省厦门市华侨大学厦门校区泛华科技大楼B201室 邮编:361021
